Because Harford Community College (HCC) recognizes the unique training and human resource development needs of local organizations, the College supports and houses the Business & Industry Training Department. We have been your community partner for over 45 years and we specialize in listening, discussing and observing the climate of your organization, and then offering the right training solutions to fit your needs.

Our training coordinators and consultants are members of the Harford County community and they are eager to meet their neighbors - the employers and employees who make up the Harford County workforce. Last year alone, over 3,000 business associates participated in training offered through Harford Community College.
