How a subject or set of skills is taught relates directly to how much is learned, retained, and/or adapted into the workplace. As a result, a variety of training techniques and methodologies are used by the Business & Industry Training Services to help support the trainees, encourage their involvement, and confirm acquisition of skills. For example, core skills may be taught using a variety of the following methodologies.

On-site at your business location: Training can be delivered on-site at your location or a location of your choice.
- On-line: On-line or blended.
- One of our six campuses in Mecklenburg County: We offer training at six locations in the Mecklenburg County area for your convenience.
